XiFin seeks a Sr. Director, Customer Success to lead strategic partnerships with one of its enterprise customers. You will own the executive relationship, drive a multi-year success plan, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities and outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, executive presence, and deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to advise, influence, and build credibility with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including reimbursement and denials.
• Experience leading executive reviews, governance forums, and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own the executive relationship and customer success strategy with senior leaders.
• Lead multi-year customer success and value realization plans across priorities and risks.
• Establish executive governance aligning XiFin and customer leadership on priorities.
• Maintain enterprise view of revenue cycle, performance, and health indicators.
• Translate data into executive insights, decisions, and recommendations.
