The role will shape a customer analytics and insights function to enable data-driven decisions across healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and KOLs, aligning team priorities with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer analytics, market research or insights roles.
• 5 years pharma experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data for HCPs, patients, payers, and KOLs.
• 6-8 years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale customer analytics and insights capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee analytics and insights teams to deliver integrated, decision-ready insights.
• Hold global capability owners accountable for high-quality insights delivery.
• Partner on resource planning and talent strategy for analytics and insights.
• Own budget and resource allocation to maximize impact and performance outcomes.
• Set and evolve team vision and strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Manage strategic vendor partners to drive quality and delivery outcomes.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Customer Analytics & Insights EMD to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will shape a customer analytics and insights function that enables stronger, data-driven decisions across the business. The role will drive integrated insight generation for healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and key opinion leaders while aligning team priorities to broader organizational goals. You will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to strengthen resource planning, talent strategy, and the delivery of high-quality strategic recommendations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $232,000 – $348,000 annually
