Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Program Management leader to drive external custom silicon programs for hyperscale and strategic data centers.

You will own execution from engagement approval through tapeout, bring-up, qualification, production ramp, and customer acceptance, coordinating across Engineering, Product Management, BD, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Quality. This role emphasizes deep execution expertise, executive communication, and building a reliable program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of Program Management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Custom Silicon Group Program Management organization for external customer programs.
• Define and manage execution of program Plans of Record including schedules, budgets, resources, milestones.
• Own the program execution cadence with weekly reviews and executive updates.
• Create executive dashboards for EVP/CEO/CFO reviews showing health, commitments, risks.
• Identify and manage risks across schedule, scope, technical, and financials.
