Job summary

Socure is seeking a Head of Credit Products to define and lead a new line of business focused on credit score and credit-adjacent products. This leader will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products built on top of Socure's BNPL and CRA consortia, helping establish a differentiated credit intelligence business that extends Socure's leadership in identity, fraud, and risk decisioning.

This is a highly strategic, 0-1 leadership role for a product executive who can identify market

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in B2B data or fintech.
• 5+ years leading product managers or senior leaders.
• Deep domain expertise in credit risk, credit scoring, underwriting, lending infrastructure, CRA products.
• Proven success building 0-1 or early-stage products in regulated markets.
• Strong understanding of consumer reporting regulations (FCRA, CFPB).
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit score products.
• Lead development of products on BNPL and CRA consortia with focus on risk and underwriting.
• Identify opportunities at intersection of credit reporting, fraud, identity, and underwriting.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Compliance for scalable capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with FCRA, CFPB, GLBA in go-to-market plans.
• Shape CRA formation and data-sharing considerations; manage data segregation needs.
• Drive market research, interviews, and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
• Translate capabilities into market narratives with GTM and sales enablement.
• Establish KPIs and business cases to guide investments and iteration.
• Own executive alignment and communicate roadmap priorities and risks.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
• Represent Socure in strategic conversations and industry forums.
