Job summary

Socure Inc. is seeking a Head of Credit Products in New York to define the strategy and lead a new line of credit-related products built on BNPL and CRA data.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution across Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Compliance, directing a high-performing team to deliver differentiated credit intelligence for lenders and financial services. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure regulatory alignment while shaping CRA strategy and data

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in B2B data/fintech.
• 2
• 5+ years leading product managers or senior leaders across a portfolio.
• Deep domain expertise in credit risk/credit scoring/underwriting or BNPL.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit products.
• Lead development on BNPL/CRA-based products with focus on risk and underwriting.
• Prioritize opportunities at the intersection of credit reporting, fraud, identity, and risk.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to design scalable capabilities and models.
• Ensure design and GTM execution meet FCRA, CFPB, GLBA regulatory needs.
• Shape CRA formation and related productization, data segregation, and compliance models.
• Drive market research, interviews, and competitive analysis for roadmap refinement.
• Collaborate with GTM/Sales/CS to translate capabilities into narratives and outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and business cases to guide investments and iterations.
• Communicate roadmap and risks to executives and stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team.
• Represent Socure in strategic customer conversations and industry forums.
