Socure is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to help accelerate its emerging products across fraud, identity, and payments with initial focus on Account Intelligence. You will shape and scale data-driven B2B offerings, working closely with customers to define vision and direction while partnering with Engineering and Data Science to bring capabilities to market.

• 10+ years in product management with ownership of complex products.
• Defined multi-year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Led products from development through commercialization and scale.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate needs into product decisions.
• Experience with data-intensive, API, platform, or AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate with ownership and urgency in a fast-changing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Account Intelligence.
• Identify and lead new product opportunities from early customer discovery through launch, adoption, and scale.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows to shape priorities and differentiation.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to translate needs into requirements, success metrics, and scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Operations.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Own the business performance of the product, including adoption, pricing, costs, revenue, and profitability.
• Communicate complex product, data, and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive organizational alignment and secure support for major product investments and long-term initiatives.
