Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant risk/program management experience.
• Expert level Program Management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross‑group collaboration.
• Data-driven decision making across risk and regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Designs and conducts analytics to assess and identify emerging credit risk trends and behaviors.
• Makes recommendations for changes to credit strategy based on quantitative and qualitative analysis with respect to Risk Appetite and business objectives.
• Manage and deliver data, reporting and analysis to support the Indirect business as needed.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and analytics methods.
• Develops presentations to communicate results to key stakeholders and forums.
• Maintains and enhances monitoring of credit quality, operations and performance.
• Supports governance, regulatory compliance, and risk frameworks across multiple business lines.
