We’re seeking demonstrated experience having successfully originated and negotiated loans as evidenced by a strong track record of closings over the past several years.Key Responsibilities:* Source and originate commercial real estate debt opportunities across diverse property types and markets.* Take full ownership of all aspects of the deal life cycle including borrower engagement, structuring, due diligence, and closing.* Develop, manage, and grow a network of direct borrowers, brokers, and industry partners.* Effectively collaborate with leadership on deal strategy, structuring, and execution to ensure best-in-class outcomesQualifications:* Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in finance, real estate, or a related field.* 8-15 years of direct CRE experience with a focus on originations* Responsible for the origination of commercial loans via relationships with brokers and borrowers* Develop and maintain origination network of direct borrowers and brokers nationwide* Evaluate loan opportunities.
