Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in advancing roles within portfolio servicing and/or asset management.
• 7+ years leading a diverse team with mentorship and performance reviews.
• Advanced skills in Excel; proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven track record in commercial real estate debt operations and structured‑finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a team to guarantee top‑notch service delivery in alignment with client agreements.
• Analyze complex loan documents to implement loan terms across assets and portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal departments for accurate asset servicing and reporting.
• Oversee draw processes and ensure compliance with credit document conditions.
• Manage funding with lenders, syndicates, co‑lenders, and other parties.
• Evaluate lease proposals and prepare client reports.
• Engage external consultants, including legal, title agents, brokers, and construction advisors.
• Monitor property, borrower, and asset performance using technologies; conduct portfolio reviews.
• Review monthly borrower statements and other required reports.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets.
• Assess performance of operational properties via Rent Rolls and Operating Statements.
• Verify cash management distributions against cash flow waterfalls.
• Check covenant compliance (Debt‑Yield, LTV, DSCR).
• Generate monthly asset reports and quarterly performance analyses.
• Coordinate with tax and insurance teams on coverage and escrow obligations.
