• Oversee portfolio surveillance, management, modification/restructuring, and enforcement across a diverse commercial and residential real estate credit portfolio
• Lead origination and asset management underwriting, and implement value-add equity strategies
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and performance
• Monitor and report on asset performance, including financial analysis, market trends, and risk assessments
• Conduct financial reviews to maintain business margins and prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for asset management activities
• Lead and manage a team of asset managers, underwriters, analysts, and credit administration staff
• Build relationships and incentive alignment among team members, clients, borrowers, and partners

This Senior Managing Director role leads credit asset management across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets.
