Trimont is seeking a Senior Director, Credit Portfolio Management in Charlotte to lead the asset management of a commercial real estate loan portfolio, including complex, high-touch assets. The role requires extensive experience, strategic oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will supervise loan documentation reviews, ensure covenant compliance, mentor junior staff, and deliver insights that drive investment decisions and borrower relations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to interpret complex loan documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and work both independently and within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in addressing complex customer requests and internal inquiries, ensuring high service standards.
• Oversee compliance with loan agreements and covenants, identify non-compliance and direct enforcement actions.
• Supervise review of borrower consent requests and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Direct analysis and reporting of property performance to inform decisions.
• Manage property inspections and regulatory audits for accuracy.
• Identify and communicate investor risks with actionable recommendations.
• Cultivate relationships with borrowers, special servicers, and trustees.
• Interpret loan and securitization documents to ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate expertise in real estate transactions including deal structuring and market analysis.
• Mentor Associate Director and promote a culture of excellence.
