Job summary

First Business Bank in Madison, WI seeks a Director to lead our Company Retirement Plans within Private Wealth. This role focuses on strategic leadership, client stewardship, and cross-functional partnership to deliver a high-quality experience.

You will manage a team of retirement plan professionals, strengthen internal partnerships, and drive governance, design, and business development across Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Designations or licenses not required, but would add value (CFP, CWS, or similar; Series 7, 65, or 66).
• 10+ years in retirement plan services with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships for retirement plan clients and consult with sponsors and committees.
• Oversee fiduciary governance, plan design, and delivery through a high-touch service model.
• Manage and develop a high-performing retirement plan team and partner across the organization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Banking and Private Wealth teams.
• Contribute to business development and expansion of client relationships.
