Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated through the Brigham and Women’s Hospital campus seeks a Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for the MGB Cancer Institute. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major philanthropic prospects and donors, including corporate partners and foundations, to advance cancer research and patient care in Boston.

The position leads a high-value portfolio, oversees a small team, and collaborates with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related fundraising experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Ability to motivate, engage and influence diverse audiences and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage a high-value portfolio of corporate and foundation donors.
• Lead and mentor a small fundraising team to meet annual and multi-year goals.
• Develop and communicate fundraising plans, priorities, and progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical, research, and administrative leaders to identify funding opportunities.
• Ensure compliant, accurate donor records and timely reporting; travel and evening/weekend work as needed.
