Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communications and investor relations within biotech/pharma.
• Ability to lead communications strategy and execution across multiple channels.
• Proven track record in media relations and public relations activities.
• Experience creating and delivering executive presentations for leadership teams.
• Experience with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ability to manage launches and align corporate and product narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own external corporate communications and public relations, from drafting to distribution.
• Support launch and product commercialization messaging with commercial, medical, and legal teams.
• Maintain external comms calendar and coordinate across milestones and events.
• Monitor media coverage and provide summaries to leadership.
• Manage relationships with media outlets and coordinate interviews.
• Create media background materials to ensure consistent external messaging.
• Devise and implement social media strategy and manage channels.
• Develop web, digital, and video content with vendors and internal teams.
• Own and maintain corporate website and brand assets.
• Develop internal communications and support All Hands and culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership for consistent internal messaging.
• Build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional leads.
• Act as strategic partner to Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Legal teams.
