  • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership roles (Controller / Assistant Controller).
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and operational accounting workflows (GL, AP, AR, Revenue).
  • Experience leading large, distributed accounting teams and M&A integration.
  • Experience with ERP ecosystems (Oracle Fusion) and modern tools.
  • Ability to execute while shaping strategic priorities in a fast-growing company.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred; US Person due to access requirements.

  • Oversee end-to-end global close, GL, AP, AR, revenue operations, and cost accounting.
  • Direct regional accounting operations in EMEA, APAC, and the UK; ensure compliance.
  • Partner with M&A Accounting to ensure seamless integration and balance sheet crosswalks.
  • Manage annual consolidated and regional audits with external auditors.
  • Drive automation and optimization of the ERP ecosystem and internal controls.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director, Controller to lead Anduril’s globalcontrollership and help support our hyper-growth and scale. Reporting directly to the VicePresident, Accounting, you will oversee accounting operations across both domestic and international entities, audit execution, operational accounting policies, and the M&Aintegration team for the accounting organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead and Scale the Global Controllership: Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming, multi-disciplinary accounting organization spanning domestic and international accounting as well as M&A integration.
  • Financial Close & Core Accounting Operations: Oversee the end-to-end globalfinancial close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance acrossgeneral ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, order management, costaccounting, and revenue operations.
  • International Accounting: Direct and support regional accounting operations andcompliance across growing international entities, including EMEA, APAC, and theUK.
  • M&A Accounting Integration: Partner closely with the Director, M&A Accounting toensure seamless integration of acquired entities, closing/opening balance sheetcrosswalks, and operational onboarding into Anduril’s ecosystem.
  • Global Audits & Compliance: Manage the execution of the annual consolidatedgroup audit, component audits, and regional statutory audits across all domesticand international entities, partnering closely with external auditors to ensure timely,efficient, and clean deliverables.
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, automation,and scalability across Anduril’s modern ERP ecosystem (Oracle Fusion) andconnected boundary systems.
  • Internal Controls & Governance: Establish, enhance, and maintain robustaccounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures tosupport rapid business expansion and potential future public companyrequirements.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Build highly effective working relationships with keyleadership across Technical Accounting & Reporting, Government FinancialOperations, Tax, FP&A, Legal, and CorpTech.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with significantleadership experience (Controller / Assistant Controller level) in high-growthtechnology, manufacturing, or defense environments.
  • Team Leadership: Proven track record of leading, scaling, and mentoring large,geographically distributed accounting teams with high EQ and strongcommunication skills.
  • Operational & Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of US GAAP, operationalaccounting workflows (GL, AP, AR, Revenue, Inventory/Cost), international entitymanagement, and M&A integration.
  • Systems Experience: Strong background in leveraging and optimizing enterpriseERP ecosystems (such as Oracle Fusion) and modern boundary tools.
  • Execution & Strategic Vision: Able to get your hands dirty to drive execution whilemaintaining the ability to manage high-level strategic priorities in a fast-pacedorganization.
  • Education & Certifications: CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

US Salary Range

$220,000 - $292,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
