Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Consumer Pricing & Non-Reimbursed Channels to drive pricing for MariTide and shape access via consumer cash pricing and non-reimbursed channels.

The role leads governance, pricing research, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize net sales, affordability, and lifecycle value across direct-to-patient, retail, and telehealth channels.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 5+ years of commercial pricing experience or
• 8+ years if Master’s or 10+ years with Bachelor’s in business
• Experience solving pricing and access challenges in healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead MariTide consumer pricing strategy and non-reimbursed channels.
• Develop governance for pricing decisions and escalation paths.
• Spearhead cash-price, discounts, offers, and lifecycle pricing.
• Negotiate with partners and define channel economics.
• Collaborate with Finance, PAR, Trade, Operations and Legal.
