Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co is seeking a Senior Director of Construction to oversee the company’s development portfolio from design through closeout. You will lead constructability reviews, manage field operations, and drive schedule, safety, and budget adherence across multiple project sites in Las Vegas and beyond.

You will coordinate with design teams and trade partners, optimize sequencing, and ensure efficient field execution while upholding Sphere’s standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in commercial construction, managing field operations.
• Experience with large-scale entertainment venues or similar facilities.
• Proven ability to read and challenge construction documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews during design development to protect schedule milestones.
• Direct and oversee construction operations across active project sites.
• Review contractor schedules, validate logic, and drive recovery strategies.
• Interface with design teams and engineers to translate design into buildable docs.
• Oversee site logistics planning and stakeholder communications.
