Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction and engineering, focusing on construction claims, cost control, and change order management.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or similar from a leading university.
• Professional license and/or professional certifications (e.g. PE, EIT, CPM or equivalent).
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Professionalism and client-facing ability, able to build trust.
• Strong technical foundation in project planning and control.
• Relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc, and construction programming software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Involves construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, and forensic accounting on live projects.
• Perform damages quantification, including loss of productivity and prolongation costs analysis.
• Prepare and present expert reports with findings to clients.
• Lead client interactions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with teams to manage large construction and engineering projects.
