• Bachelor's degree or higher with management experience in events.
• Leadership and volunteer management experience in nonprofit or for-profit settings.
• Certifications in conference or exhibit planning are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading conference, event, and exhibition and sponsorship strategies for all AMPP event products.
• Identifying global roadmaps for new markets and content opportunities to drive attendance.
• Leading cross-functional teams to plan, deliver, and price products in a synchronized way.
• Benchmarking AMPP’s conference model against industry leaders and implementing improvements.
• Analyzing sponsorship sales strategies, costs, and results.
• Managing strategic alliances and partnerships aligned with AMPP’s mission and plan.
• Liaising with volunteer committees and maintaining department budgets.
