Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Compound Development Team Leader to drive cross-functional strategy in Neuroscience and Innovative Medicine. You will shape program plans, lead functional teams, and align CDT objectives with TA & Pharma governance while managing risk and budget.

This role requires advanced degree and 10+ years in pharma, with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Formación

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., or MBA) highly desirable.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry or related experience.
• Experience in a leadership role within a multi-functional R&D organization.
• Ability to integrate cross-functional disciplines into a successful strategy and project plan.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Matrix Cross-functional Compound Development Team and set CDT goals.
• Develop and maintain the program plan and corresponding budgets.
• Ensure cross-functional execution and deliverables through negotiations with function heads.
• Align CDT with TA & Pharma governance and senior management expectations.
• Identify risks, issues, and contingency plans; communicate them transparently.
• Mentor CDT members and provide input for performance evaluations.
