• Ten years in pharmaceutical industry or five to seven years in drug development leadership.
• Experience leading a multi-functional R&D organization and cross-functional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Compound Development Team and strategy.
• Oversee program plan, research, analysis, and decision-making.
• Manage cross-functional execution and governance with function heads.
• Identify risks, contingency plans, and communicate to leadership.
• Mentor CDT members and drive performance evaluations.
• Oversee budget, deliverables, and regulatory interactions.
