AbsenceSoft, a leader in HR tech, seeks a Senior Director, Product - Compliance & Platform to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the compliance engine and enterprise platform. You will lead product managers and domain experts, expanding coverage as laws evolve and steering an enterprise-grade platform for customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in product management; 5+ years leading managers
• Experience owning a compliance or rules-engine product at enterprise scale
• Experience owning a multi-tenant enterprise platform with identity, APIs, and integrations
• Proven track record shipping complex products on committed dates for enterprise customers
• Experience shipping AI features into production in an accuracy-critical domain
• Demonstrated ability to set product strategy that improves ARR, retention, or win rate
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience with strong data fluency

Aufgaben

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for compliance and platform, including retention and win-rate outcomes
• Develop strategy with the team; product managers and domain experts own their areas
• Extend compliance coverage as laws change across jurisdictions
• Set direction for an enterprise-scale platform: configuration, identity, integrations, and data
• Build, coach, and develop a team of product managers and domain experts
• Maintain delivery standards and integrate AI into the product with governance
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Finance; present to leadership and customers
• Assist in maintaining security and compliance controls within the department
• Other duties as assigned
