Asian Community Development Corporation (ACDC) seeks a Director of Community Design and Planning to lead resident engagement, youth programs, and placekeeping across Boston Chinatown, Malden, and Quincy. You will align staff, manage budgets and grants, and work with partners to advance housing, planning, and community development goals.

The role participates in senior leadership, shapes strategic direction, and champions equity and community voice in every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community development or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience supervising a team of staff and volunteers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set department vision and workplan aligned with mission.
• Supervise department team across multiple programs.
• Serve on senior leadership and coordinate with partners.
• Oversee budget, grants, risk management, and compliance.
• Prepare materials for Board reports and committees.
