The role leads pre-IPO messaging, investor roadshows, and regulatory disclosures while aligning with executive leadership.

A successful candidate will have 10+ years in tech/clean tech communications and a track record of strategic storytelling and team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Experience crafting narratives for IPO readiness and investor engagement.
• Proven ability to influence executives and external stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B technology or clean tech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive PR and communications strategy.
• Position the company as a thought leader in clean tech.
• Lead pre-IPO communications and investor engagements.
• Manage media relations and crisis communications.
• Build and mentor a marketing and communications team.
• Collaborate with executives to align PR with product milestones.
