Job summary

Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Manufacturing & Operations to lead end-to-end commercial supply for palazestrant, spanning DS/DP, packaging, serialization and distribution. You will ensure uninterrupted, cost-effective supply to the 3PL and specialty pharmacy network while driving strategy and operational excellence.

The role requires 15+ years in pharma CMC/manufacturing or related leadership, with hands-on experience in launch readiness, CDMO governance, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharmaceutical CMC, manufacturing or commercial supply.
• Experience with small-molecule launches and registrational readiness.
• Strong track record governing CDMOs and negotiating supply agreements.
• Hands-on supply planning, inventory management and 3PL oversight.
• Deep knowledge of US and global regulatory requirements for small molecules.

Responsibilities

• Set the commercial supply strategy for palazestrant, including network design and launch inventory.
• Oversee DS/DP manufacturing, packaging, serialization, and regulatory readiness.
• Negotiate and manage commercial supply agreements; monitor KPIs and risk mitigation.
• Lead 3PL, distribution, and inventory planning to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Build and scale the commercial supply organization as Olema grows.
