Job summary

Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Manufacturing & Operations to lead end-to-end commercial supply for palazestrant, spanning DS, DP, packaging, serialization, inventory and distribution.

The role partners with executive leadership to define strategy, build a scalable supply platform, and ensure uninterrupted, cost-effective supply to the 3PL and specialty pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma CMC, manufacturing or commercial supply leadership.
• Experience with small-molecule launch, registrational readiness, PPQ, and process validation; US launch preferred.
• Proven governance of CDMOs and commercial supply agreements; strong vendor management.
• Solid understanding of DSCSA serialization and regulatory requirements across US/global markets.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the commercial supply strategy for palazestrant from DS to distribution.
• Own the commercial supply budget, COGS inputs, KPIs and tariff exposure.
• Lead supply-readiness from NDA through market entry with risk mitigation and executive updates.
• Oversee DS/DP manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and vendor performance; ensure compliance.
