Job summary

Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Integration to oversee end-to-end flow of investigational products from manufacturing to trial sites. You will coordinate across external CDMOs and internal teams, manage schedules, risk, and dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of medicines to patients while supporting global clinical programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Strong understanding of end-to-end global clinical supply operations.
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, Quality, Regulatory requirements.
Experience coordinating end-to-end clinical supply activities across manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and release.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination of clinical supply activities across global CDMOs.
Oversee project logistics for packaging, labeling, procurement, and manufacturing runs.
Partner with internal and external teams to ensure timely execution and issue escalation.
Maintain supply timelines for all clinical programs and documentation.
Support budgeting and financial tracking with VP and Finance.
Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
