Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics in Florida seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Finance to partner with the Commercial organization, lead revenue forecasting, GTN planning, and analytics for strategic launch readiness.

The role requires deep pharma finance expertise, strong modelling, and hands-on experience in revenue dynamics within a fast-growing company. Collaboration across Commercial, Market Access, Technical Operations, and FP&A is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent desirable.
• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, or data analytics is advantageous.
• 6–10 years in Commercial Finance/FP&A in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with gross-to-net, rebates, discounts, and channel economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting and GTN planning for Commercial.
• Provide financial support for commercial launches and investments.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for leadership.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, and FP&A teams.
• Support COOs with data-driven recommendations and decisions.
