Job summary

Definium Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Finance to lead the finance function for commercial activities and support a high-growth biotech path to market. You will partner with Commercial leadership, drive forecasting, pricing considerations, and strategic decision support.

The role requires deep FP&A and commercial finance experience in pharma/biotech, strong modeling, and ability to influence senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A and commercial finance leadership.
• Experience supporting pharma, biotech, or life sciences commercial activities.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance business partner to Commercial leadership, providing strategic guidance.
• Lead commercial financial planning: budgets, forecasts, long-range planning, scenario analysis.
• Develop revenue forecasts, demand models, and gross-to-net considerations.
• Assess readiness, investments, and field/sales force sizing for optimal allocation
• Support product strategy, ROI analysis, and market opportunity evaluations.
• Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for launch readiness and performance.
