Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Data Enablement & Operations - Patient Services & Value & Access to lead data engineering and operational support for patient data products in a regulated life sciences setting.
You will build scalable data pipelines, enable cross-source data aggregation, support Salesforce integrations, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with analytics teams and vendors to onboard data.

Responsibilities: develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python), enable data aggregation across healthcare and pharma-specific sources, support Salesforce integrations, and ensure data quality, governance, and compliance in a regulated life sciences environment. Serve as primary data contact for Patient Services and Value & Access, translating business needs into trusted datasets and metrics, supporting patient enrollment, access, affordability, and adherence workflows. Collaborate with analytics teams to provide curated, governed data assets, and partner with vendors for data onboarding and pipeline management.
Requirements: 12+ years in data engineering, operations, or analytics engineering; strong SQL and Python skills; hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, ETL/ELT, APIs, version control, CI/CD; operational understanding of regulated pharma data (claims, payer, pharmacy, CRM, patient support).
Preferred: experience in healthcare/biotech, Salesforce Health Cloud, and data governance tools; bachelor's degree in a technical field; certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms.
