McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School and Mass General Brigham, seeks a Sr. Director for the Institute of Coaching (IOC) to lead educational programming, set standards, and ensure scientific rigor.

You will chair the Coaching Leaders Group, guide volunteers, collaborate with PMG, and engage with sponsors, research, and fundraising, aligning IOC with institutional strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in a discipline within the scope of the coaching field such as psychology, social psychology, or psychotherapy, or healthcare, or organizational behavior.
• Proof of active coaching certification through specific certifying bodies OR at least ten years experience in coaching practice, coach training and/or coach mentoring.

Aufgaben

• Sets educational vision, strategy, and quality standards for IOC.
• Serves as final decision authority for educational content approval.
• Chairs and leads the Coaching Leaders Group (CLG).
• Guides and supports volunteer educators and content leaders.
• Ensures alignment between educational programs and IOC’s long-range strategy.
• Collaborates with PMG and the Director of Research to integrate science into education.
• Participates in fundraising efforts for the Institute, coordinated through the MGB Development department.
