The Institute of Coaching (IOC), based at McLean Hospital, seeks a Director of Research to guide IOC's research agenda and ensure scientific integrity in educational content and professional development efforts. The DoR collaborates with Mass General Brigham research leadership to align scientific insight with IOC's priorities.

You will chair the Scientific Advisory Committee, oversee grants, mentor research fellows, and translate findings into coaching education programs, reporting to the Sr.

Formación

• Doctoral degree in a discipline aligned with coaching and the Harvard Faculty of Medicine mission.
• Minimum of 5 years of research experience including regulatory, scientific, and dissemination activities.
• Experience supervising or mentoring research trainees.
• Faculty eligibility with potential appointment contingent on meeting all requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Chair the Scientific Advisory Committee and oversee the IOC grant program and Grants Manager activities.
• Lead IOC’s research strategy and scientific agenda.
• Ensure rigor, accuracy, and ethical standards in research outputs.
• Mentor research fellows and contributors and translate findings to inform educational programming.
