GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a CMC Report Transformation Senior Director to provide strategic oversight and long-range planning for the portfolio of report transformation tools within CMC. You will own the roadmap, lead prioritisation across demands, and manage resources and stakeholders across DDS, Regulatory, Digital & Tech and Quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management and product leadership delivering data, software, and AI/ML products.
• Experience operating at director level or above and setting enterprise strategy for AI products in regulated environments.
• Experience transforming regulatory or technical report writing through automation, digital tooling, or AI.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight and long-range planning for the report transformation portfolio within CMC.
• Define and own the product roadmap for report transformation within CMC.
• Lead enterprise-level prioritisation across competing demands, with evidence-based trade-offs.
• Hold end-to-end accountability for report transformation strategy and products in a regulated CMC setting.
• Manage people, budget, and delivery resources, including senior recruitment and org design decisions.
• Lead multi-level stakeholder management across scientific, technical, quality, and leadership communities, including AI initiatives.
• Measure and articulate the value of report transformation products with clear metrics.
