AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Sr. Director of Clinical Value and Outcomes to lead development and execution of clinical strategy across the US healthcare system.

This role acts as an internal ambassador, coordinating with Global and US Medical, Evidence, Market Access and Medical Information teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma/medical affairs, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence value propositions for innovative medicines.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree required in biosciences/pharmacology/medicine or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in pharma/medical affairs, clinical development, or IDN setting.
• Deep knowledge of US managed markets including access and reimbursement models.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills; ability to present medical data.
• Willingness to travel roughly 50-60% of time.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead the Clinical Value and Outcomes team to deliver clinical differentiation and patient access strategies.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Training, and Medical Information to align cross-functional goals.
• Engage with healthcare decision-makers in IDNs, ACOs, and provider networks to drive value propositions.
• Deliver approved scientific, medical, and health economics data to coverage, formulary, and reimbursement bodies.
• Develop educational tools and resources to improve therapeutic area understanding.
