• Proven expertise in health outcomes, policy, and value-based care.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing CV&O team with strong collaboration.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Training, and Medical Information.
• Build relationships with clinical decision makers across IDNs, ACOs, and payer networks.
• Directly communicate scientific, medical, and health economic data to decision makers.
• Develop educational tools and resources to improve therapeutic area understanding and access.
• Ensure activities comply with AstraZeneca policies and ethics standards.
