Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL is seeking a leader to oversee the clinical administration of services, programs, resources and activities to align with the organization’s mission and quality goals. This role ensures integrated operations across patient care, information systems, and service delivery.

You will partner with hospital CNOs/DNOs and the service line VP to standardize practices, guide staffing, and drive strategic plans while upholding regulatory and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs program operations including patient care delivery, IT systems, service level setting, and complaint management to meet performance and quality goals.
• Partners with CNOs/DNOs to ensure consistency, streamlined processes and standardized practices under the direction of the service line VP.
• Plans and monitors staffing: hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Designs and maintains goals and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal and regulatory requirements.

• Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Design, develops, implements and maintains goals, strategic plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization and external regulatory agencies
