Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead strategy across clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics in drug development. The role includes oversight of population PK, PK/PD, and PBPK modeling, and collaboration with regulatory teams for global submissions and labeling.

You will guide external CROs, interact with health authorities, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, with a hybrid in-office schedule in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Pharm.D. in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategies across all stages of clinical development.
• Design and apply population PK, exposure–response, PK/PD, and PBPK models to inform decision-making.
• Oversee modeling and simulation to inform dose selection and trial design, including pediatric populations.
