Job summary

BridgeBio in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology to lead pharmacology strategies across clinical programs and PK/PD modeling. This hybrid, cross‑functional role focuses on external CRO oversight and regulatory interactions.

The position requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma, strong modeling expertise, and experience in pediatric development where possible. BridgeBio offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

10+ years in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry in clinical pharmacology.
Strong track record in population PK, PK/PD, PBPK and modeling.
Experience in pediatric drug development is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategies across all stages of clinical development, including pediatric programs.
Manage design and application of NCA, population PK, exposure–response, PK/PD, and PBPK models to inform decisions.
Oversee modeling and simulation analyses to support dose selection and study design for pediatric trials and regulatory submissions.
Author clinical pharmacology sections of regulatory documents and support interactions with global regulators.
Design studies and manage CROs, conduct PK data analyses, and approve reports.
Present results to internal teams and external stakeholders and contribute to publications and conferences.
