Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology (Translational) to provide strategic leadership across CNS drug development from preclinical to late-stage trials.

You will drive PK/PD modeling, exposure-response analyses, and model-informed decision making, coordinating with DMPK, Biomarkers, and Regulatory teams. Remote work with periodic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD required.
• 8–12+ years in biopharma with translational impact.
• Expertise in PK, PD, and modeling tools.
• Experience in early-to-late stage and regulatory submissions.
• Strong CNS exposure and biomarker understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical pharmacology strategies.

Responsibilities
