Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Education required
• Doctorate in Nursing or Education preferred
• RN license in state(s) of practice required
• Certified Nurse Educator certification within one year of hire required

Responsibilities

• Lead development, management and delivery of clinical education programs
• Oversee orientation, onboarding and competency management
• Collaborate with Instructional Design to align content with standards
• Drive quality metrics and patient safety through education initiatives
• Manage department budget and travel up to 25%
• Support hospital-wide improvement initiatives through education strategies
