Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Role:

Senior Medical Director leading clinical development for oncology programs, from early phases through registration.

Responsibilities:

develop and oversee clinical strategies, provide scientific and medical leadership across multiple studies, author regulatory documents, support regulatory interactions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Research, Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and CMC. Build relationships with external stakeholders like investigators and key opinion leaders; present data to governance, authorities, and scientific forums; mentor junior staff; contribute to portfolio and external innovation assessments.

Requirements:

MD or DO with 6+ years in clinical/scientific/drug development, with substantial biopharma experience in oncology.

Preferred:

Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, experience with cell therapies, first‑in‑human and proof‑of‑concept studies, and global regulatory engagement.

High-Value:

Oncology (cancer immunotherapies, CAR T‑cell therapies), early to late development stages, regulatory interactions, cross‑functional leadership, and external scientific contribution.
