Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and leadership experience. The anticipated salary ranges from $156,000 to $228,800.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with direct experience of managing clinical studies.
• Ideally at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with regulations applicable to clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process governance bodies and communicate on process performance.
• Design and maintain standard process frameworks for clinical studies.
• Own EMP's strategic integration framework for acquisitions and licensing deals.
