Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with clinical leadership experience.
• Experience in early-phase drug development and multi-asset programs.
• Ability to translate scientific data into development plans.
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical and safety leadership across asset development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design development plans.
• Interface with external biotech partners and venture investors.
• Review key documents including protocols, risk profiles, informed consent, and study reports.
• Provide medical leadership for clinical plans, including endpoints and safety assessments.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and responses.
