Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting in Dallas is seeking a Client Partner/Senior Director to own and expand a portfolio of large managed accounts. You will blend account leadership, delivery oversight, and business development to drive growth in the Dallas market.

You will cultivate executive relationships, shape proposals, guide junior consultants, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning Thought Logic's offerings to client needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting, advisory services, or related professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of large, strategic client accounts in the Dallas market.
• Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with existing clients and key target accounts.
• Partner with practice area and business development leaders to expand managed accounts and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Provide billable advisory and/or project delivery to deepen understanding of client challenges and needs.
• Lead proposal development, including shaping solutions, pricing, and staffing/delivery needs.
• Provide quality assurance and oversight for consulting delivery to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and support consultants and client managers, including career development and performance guidance.
• Deeply understand Thought Logic's offerings and align capabilities to client needs.
• Grow Thought Logic's professional network and market presence in Dallas.
