I am partnered with a stealth-mode biotech based on the East Coast of the US who are looking to hire the most senior member of their Chemistry function. The company raised a Series B financing in March 2025 and have a very strong cash runway. This individual will be mostly remote, but with weekly/bi-weekly travel.

The role:

• Leading siRNA medicinal chemistry, bringing RNA therapies from discovery into the clinic
• Establishing/Managing CROs for oligonucleotide drug discovery
• Designing novel targeting moieties with siRNA constructs and siRNA ligand/protein/peptide conjugates, with a focus on effective extrahepatic delivery
• Reporting to the CEO

The individual:

• Background in Medicinal Chemistry
• Must have experience in the SiRNA field
• Expertise in upstream-downstream processes of oligo chemistry
