Responsibilities

• Lead cheminformatics and AI/ML strategy to resolve project challenges.
• Develop/apply methods to identify leads and enable hit-to-lead progression.
• Drive methodology development for DEL and related platforms.
• Mentor diverse scientific talent and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent scientific vision to senior leadership and external partners.
