Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Director of Centralized Manufacturing Technical Operations to lead the National Product Introduction (NPI) function across silicon, memory, and optics for the ML product portfolio. You will coordinate strategies and plans, oversee Ops PMs, SCPMs, and PMEs across NPI and sustaining phases, and manage end-to-end product engineering, production, and NPI processes.

You will drive cross-functional programs, scale a distributed team globally, and help ensure timely launches

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or hardware operations leadership within semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, or hardware environments.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering, operations, or supply chain organizations.

Responsibilities

Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex supply chain programs for machine learning products from NPI to End-of-Life (EOL).
Look across commodity silos to align technical and operational strategies into unified roadmaps.
Lead, scale, and manage a global team of Ops PMs, SCPMs, and PMEs across multiple locations and phases.
Enable the standard tools, processes, and OKRs required to scale operations efficiently and optimize throughput and capacity.
