Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Senior Director, Centralized Manufacturing Technical Operations to lead the NPI-focused function across silicon, memory, and optics for ML products. You will coordinate strategies, align external partners, and drive end-to-end manufacturing programs from development to EOL.

You will manage a global team of Ops PMs, SCPMs, and PMEs across multiple locations, establishing resourcing, processes, and OKRs to scale operations for Google's AI infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or hardware operations leadership within semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, or hardware environments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering, operations, or supply chain organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex supply chain programs for machine learning products from NPI to End-of-Life (EOL).
• Look across commodity silos (silicon, memory, optics) to align technical and operational strategies into unified roadmaps.
• Lead, scale, and manage a global team of Ops PMs, SCPMs, and PMEs across multiple locations. Define resourcing requirements and operational structures to handle scaling.
• Enable the standard tools, processes, and OKRs required to scale operations efficiently. Manage partner differences, eliminate operational outliers, and optimize throughput and capacity.
