Qualifications

• ASCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations to ensure effective performance and budgeting.
• Coordinate QA/Audit activities and ensure CAP/compliance.
• Ensure timely responsiveness to internal stakeholders and patients.
• Develop long-range plans and annual budgets for Central Lab.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; manage staffing levels and performance.
