Job summary

Siena Hospital, part of Dignity Health Nevada, seeks a Director of Cardiovascular and Perioperative Services to lead strategic and operational efforts across both service lines. You will partner with executive leadership to drive financial performance, quality, and growth while maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and Nevada RN license.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of successful and progressive leadership experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership managing patient care services in a complex surgical/cardiovascular environment.
• Experience directing other clinical areas, working closely with physicians, developing clinical strategies, and measuring outcomes.
• Registered Nurse: NV (RN:NV) required; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for Cardiovascular and Perioperative Services within the facility.
• Collaborates with Market VP of Strategy, Growth & Operations and physicians to develop and execute initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.
• Develops and justifies annual operating and capital budgets.
• Leads initiatives to standardize clinical practices and improve workflows.
